The day started off cool and cloudy with the dark sky contrasting with the vivid fall colors. The park offered a wide variety of subject matter with most of the artists choosing the wide open vistas from the hill top. It was good to have a nice gathering after so many months of not seeing our fellow painters and sharing stories and discussing our paintings, The day turned from dark clouds to bright sun and back to dark  threatening clouds when it was time to call it a day - and what a day, well -spent painting among friends!

In attendance were Ray Burns, Lynn Mehta, David Diaz, Hiu Lai Chong, Barry Lindley and Steve Mabry (guest of Bernie's).
