It was a warm day for the end of January in the upper 40’s but still a little nippy with the wind. So, we met quite briefly on the grounds of the State Capitol in Annapolis. It was clear from what people painted that the city was quite loved. The sun was shining early but became a little weaker by the time we all finished up.
